Definition: Your bro that always goes way too hard, partying, drinking, late nights etc. When he lets loose, he would make the cast of Jersey Shore blush.

Definition: Whenever your bro is totally kill’n it. Surfing, music, sports, making money, whatever, if he is killing everything in his path, he’s a John Rambro.

Example: ” Timmy just ripped apart those last three waves, didn’t realize he was such a Rambro”.

AfBro: Af-bro

Definition: The only black guy in your group of friends.

Example: “If it weren’t for Sal, I don’t think I would have any black friends who surf. He’s my Afbro.”

Brostache: bro-stache

Definition: When you grow a temporary moustache because your bros are as part of Movember, or just for kicks.

Example: “dude, look at how nasty Parko’s moustache is, why would his girl let him grow that thing?” “No worries, its not permanent, just an early winter brostache for Movember”

Brolympics: bro-lympics

Definition: Your bro who is super competitive.

Example: “whenever I talk about a good session I had or move I did, Kai always has to one-up me. He always turns it into the brolympics”

Bromo: bro-mo

Definition: A gay guy who hangs around with straight guys; often a self-deprecating guy who is the willing target of the crew’s jokes. Valuable in securing women at clubs.

Example: “Really wanted to pick up this girl at the bar, but didn’t know how to approach her. Sent in my bromo and he chatted her up about how cute her skirt was. Two hours later her skirt was on my floor.”

Broloist: bro-lo-ist

Description: Your friend who loves to carry around a guitar and bust it out everywhere you go – in an airport, on the ferry, in the hotel, on the beach. Everywhere you go, he turns your location into a street busking performance.

Example: Kelly is about to pull out the guitar right in the middle of the airport. Probably gonna throw down the typical dave matthews/ Jack Johnson melange, another great performance by the Broloist.

Mr. Brojangles: mister bro-jang-les (n.)

Description: Your friend who loves to do some funky dance whenever there are some tunes going on. Whether he is in a good mood, at a club, or just in the parking lot, he can’t help but into a nerdy dance-like state.

Example: Taj alwasy does this funky little stick-leg, noodly arm dance thing when we pump the music in the parking lot, dancing around like he’s Mr. Brojangles.

Mexibro(s): Mex-i-bro

Description: pretty self explanatory: the bros you chill with down in Mexico, that are always waiting for you when you get there. They typically will have nicknames, in some cases you never know their real names.

Example: All my Mexibros know I arrive next week. Gonna go hit Los Pinos with “El Gato”, “Tigre”, “Pony”, and “Diablo”.

Crème brolée: crème bro-lée

Description: Your bro who always orders the expensive items off a menu when you go out to eat.

Example: wow, look at Mick, he jsut ordered his second lobster. That guy is pure creme brolee.
